OVNF Vape Pen Sample Orders in Brazil: Overview for Trade Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Brazil shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Every quotation for Brazil separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Yantian, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every ovnf vape pen carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Brazil launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
